The Brent Homelessness Partnership is a network of local organisations working together to prevent and address homelessness in the London Borough of Brent.
The Partnership meets via the Brent Homelessness Forum every other month. In the months in between, the Community of Practice provides an opportunity to build awareness about services in Brent and share best practice on a specific theme. We also run working groups to address specific areas, such as youth homelessness, health, and rough sleeping and offer training and awareness sessions.
We welcome participation from any individual or organisation in Brent who is committed to ending homelessness.
