APPGEH Meeting on the Criminal Justice Bill

The APPG held a meeting to explore the issues around the potential criminalisation of homelessness via the Criminal Justice Bill. The APPG heard from experts about the risks associated with the ‘nuisance rough sleeping’ and ‘nuisance begging’ provisions within the Bill. For more information please read the minutes.
