Crisis Skylight Croydon supports people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

If you are rough sleeping or concerned about someone who is rough sleeping, please visit the Streetlink website.
If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, the first thing you should do is contact your Local Authority Housing Department.
If you need urgent mental health help, you can search for your local crisis Mental Health team using the NHS mental health website.
If you are a family and need advice about homelessness or other housing issues, you can contact Shelter on their advice line on 0808 800 4444 or via the Shelter web chat, accessed through their website.
We are not a direct accommodation provider, however if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness please email croydon@crisis.org.uk or phone 0203 848 1700. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am to 4pm, Wednesday 10am to 2pm. Outside of these hours, your call will be forwarded to our voicemail.
