Susie's Story

"I joined the London team in September 2023 and have had such a great experience of being a Volunteer CV Coach. The support from Melissa and all the team has been so inclusive and empowering that it is a joy to come in and work with the members. 

I am the Director of WonderIf - a coaching and training consultancy - and for the last 20 years I have worked in supporting individuals, teams and organisations to be more fulfilled and happier in the workplace. I wanted to be able to offer my skills and experience that would add value and make a difference, which this role absolutely provides. 

What I am able to do when I meet a member is learn about them - their aspirations, career ideas and experience. I am then able to translate this and produce a CV from scratch or amend one. This building of career confidence and self-belief can only be positive for the member.  To have the opportunity to create this for each person that I have worked with so far has been a pleasure."
