We provide direct support for people experiencing homelessness, and provide services that aim to prevent someone’s homelessness wherever possible. Our team provide 1-1 coaching, advice and support to assist people into housing.
We offer individualised learning support, including courses on tenancy skills, management and sustainment. We have a wide variety of activities and learning sessions on offer for people to build their confidence and develop new skills.
We believe in the importance of piloting new ways of working. Our Critical Time intervention (CTI) team work specifically with people leaving the prison system to support them with the transition from custody into the community and into housing. The 360 Project provides support for people with multiple, overlapping and unmet needs who are facing homelessness, working in a multi-agency partnership with other organisations and putting those with most complex needs in the middle of the picture.
We also influence policy to help end homelessness in Wales, which we support through listening and learning from the experience of those we work with.
